Land Title Surveys What you need to know.
This is a detailed survey as requested by the client that meets certain requirements established by the American Land
Title Association, The American Congress on Surveying and Mapping, and The National Society of Professional Surveyors. The
intent of this survey is to disclose written and unwritten matters of survey for the purpose of Title Insurance. The client
that requests this type of survey will need to supply the land surveyor with a recent copy of the title exam and a copy of
